The weather this week is going to be incredibly hot and humid. Please keep your pet(s) indoors where there is air conditioning. Heatstroke can occur rather quickly and can often be fatal if not medically treated. If you suspect your pet(s) are showing signs of heat stroke immediately get them in front of a fan indoors and keep their paws wet with cool water. DO NOT SPRAY THEM WITH THE HOSE. (This can cause more severe internal issues).
While you're actively cooling your pet please contact a veterinary emergency clinic for any additional information.
